Our Day: What we ate and how we spent our time.

I woke up at 5:30am. I mediated and did yoga. Then I took a shower, put on coconut oil mixed with lavender oil and got dressed. I went into the kitchen and make pumpkin seed milk. I saved the pulp and made pumpkin seed cheese and put it in the fridge. Then I made 2 64oz. smoothies with 6 bananas, one head of romaine lettuce, pumpkin seed milk, aćai juice and agave nectar in each one. One of them I added raspberries. Next I cut open a young coconut. Angel woke up just in time and drank the coconut water. I scraped out the meat and Angel ate some for breakfast, along with some smoothie, sunflower seeds and an avocado. I had a big glass of fresh squeezed OJ.

I took out the compost, then left with Angel and Savana to pick up the truck from the shop. It cost $475 to get the throw out bearing and another bearing replaced. I started to stress about putting it on my credit card but assured myself that the money would come, it always does. Then I let it go.

When we arrived back home, I had a phone call appointment with a dear friend whom I haven’t talked to in a while. It was wonderful catching up! After the phone conversation was over then I drove to work. Angel and I shared some smoothie on the drive and listened to relaxing music.

When I arrived at work we drank more smoothie. Then I got to work while Angel played with toys. Work went well and I felt good about the job I had done. Next I drove the post office and then to church. Angel and I finished the smoothie. At church I talked with some people that were there getting ready for the Bishop to come on Sunday. After they all left, then I cleaned the church and Angel played in the nursery.

After cleaning the church, I drove home. Angel and I finished our first smoothie. I was feeling very tired and decided to take a nap. I laid down for a little bit and the tiredness went away. I got up and drank some of the 2nd smoothie. I remembered I was out of water and needed to refill my water bottles before tomorrow. I also needed supplies for a project in the guest room. Angel rode her bicycle and I pulled the wagon. We went across the street to the paint store. I walked in there and I was instantly in complete bliss. That store had way more than just paint. It had almost everything you could need. I looked around for a while and fed my creative side some eye candy. They had a bulldog there and Angel was having fun petting the dog. I was so happy that this store was right across the street from me. Yay and more yay!! After leaving the store, we walked next door to the water station and filled up the water bottles. When we arrived back home, I got started scraping the old paint off of the door in the guest room so I could paint it and get the guest room set up. I have an Airbnb guest arriving Monday and the room is a mess. I scraped the paint for a while. Then I fixed 2 light fixtures in the bedroom with my roommate. We made a great team and the projects were a success.

Angel and I finished off the 2nd smoothie. Then I went back to scraping paint while Angel played educational games on her leap pad.

I scraped paint until I realized I was super hungry. I looked at the clock and it was 7pm. Wow, time flew by. I cleaned up. Then I made a big salad with lettuce, pumpkin seed cheese and apple. Then I made some homemade tahini dressing with raw tahini, fresh lime juice, fresh dill, fresh garlic and water. Angel had some apple “French fries”, avocado and coconut for dinner.

The salad was super yummy and satisfying. Angel talked to me and drew pictures while I ate.

I finished my dinner and cleaned up the kitchen. Angel and I took a shower, wrote our gratitudes, read stories gave good night kisses and went to bed.

I started to write my blog but kept falling asleep so I decided to finish it in the morning.

Thank you for reading my blog and being a part of my life. I deeply appreciate y’all.

With love and gratitude,

Victoria
