Holy Spirit, I am choosing to suffer and desire to know a way to the peace of Christ once again. Please guide me.
How do I transform the anger I feel into forgiveness? If anger and forgiveness are from the same energy, how do I flip the switch?
~Forgive me for being unkind to people when I felt anger arise. I will act kindly toward my anger. I forgive myself for acting unconsciously. It’s ok. My sins are forgiven.
How do I forgive? What does that really mean?
~Forgive…for, give. A gift. Giving a gift. Grace. Undeserving. Allowance. Allowing pain, allowing suffering. I choose to respond with love, I choose grace, I choose ease. I open my heart. I am the light of Christ.
