Dear Diary,
Good morning God,
- Thank you for this day.
- Thank you for kids.
- Thank you for new connections.
- Thank you for real conversations.
- Thank you for clarity.
- Thank you for love.
I love you!
I awoke at 2:30AM. I wrote my blog and played wordle and connections. I went back to sleep and slept from 5AM to 7:30AM. I got up and got dressed. I woke Angel up and made her oatmeal for breakfast. I made myself tea and a smoothie. We got ready to go and hearted (headed) to McCall. On the way we stopped and fed some dogs and a cat and let them out.
When we arrived in McCall. I checked on the cats. I also switched laundry, folded it and put it away. Tomorrow is my last day of cat sitting and cleaning this house. I’ve been working my way through the laundry which they asked me to do and it will all be done tomorrow in perfect timing.
We drove back to Council. On the drive I put on my cowboy hat that I keep on the dash of the truck. Angel looked over at me with a quizzical look and said that I looked funny with my hat on and we both started laughing.
I dropped Angel off at jujitsu and went to the grocery store. Then I hung out with Aaron at the park where he was letting his dogs go for a run. We talked for an hour while watching the dogs play. I took pictures of plants and Aaron told me about the little museum here in Council. I haven’t been there yet and now I want to take Angel there for a school field trip.

I picked Angel up from jujitsu and went to a cleaning and organizing opportunity at a friends house. My friend and I had a great talk about being able to feel your emotions without blocking them. Angel did schoolwork and my friend helped her by teaching her some math tricks. I enjoyed listening to them interact while I was in the other room cleaning.
Next, we went out to Mesa to pick up Angel’s purse that she had left our friends house the other day. We saw the baby goat again and Angel played with her friend while “the mom’s” talked.
We drove back to town and I cleaned The Assembly of God Church and Angel played on her Nintendo switch. When I finished, I went to the vet and picked up a cat for a pet sitting client. I drove him home and put him in a separate room by himself with food and water. Then I fed and watered the other cats and dogs and chickens.

We drove out of town again to Indian valley to look at some kittens. I told Angel that she could get a kitten when we moved into our apartment, which is happening tomorrow. The kittens were 7 weeks old and they were adorable. Angel picked out a girl and named her Remy. On the way home, we stopped at Dollar General and I bought some cat food and cat litter. I don’t like having cat litter in the house and plan on teaching the kitten to use the toilet. I watched videos and read about how to toilet train cats and it looks pretty simple.

We went home and got the cat settled in. Then I cleaned the bank and talked to a couple of friends on the phone. When I got home, I filled up the water jugs at the spigot and did dishes. Angel played with her kitten and dressed her up in doll clothes. Then we got ready for bed. I put on a sleep meditation and wrote my blog notes. At 10PM, I went to sleep.
Thank you for reading my blog and being a part of my life. I appreciate you.
Love, Victoria
