Hmm 🤔 it seems you need more time to relax by yourself, you have been working so hard! Remember, we create the space we need for self-care. We can’t expect others to give us space and self-care unless we ask them to! I notice on days that I skip meditating that I feel frazzled and confused, but my mind is at peace when I do.
