Morning Prayer:

Good morning God,

  • Thank you for this day.
  • Thank you for lovely weather.
  • Thank you for family.
  • Thank you for faith.
  • Thank you for love.

I love you!

I woke at 5 AM and wrote my blog. I posted it and put on a meditation. I laid in bed, fully relaxing my body, listening to the meditation and fell asleep for 45 minutes when I woke again it was 7:45 AM, time to get up. I could hear Angel awake in her room and I asked her what she wanted for breakfast. She said waffles and I went in the kitchen and made them with fresh ground wheat. I make the wheat by blending wheat berries in the Vitamix until they turn into flour.

Angel ate her waffle while I made her lunch. For myself, I made tea and a smoothie. Then we got ready to go to a cleaning opportunity. When we arrived, I talked with my client and got started cleaning while Angel did her schoolwork. I enjoyed cleaning and cleaned a few extra things.

Next I went to another cleaning opportunity and got their house sparkling clean. Before going to my 3rd cleaning opportunity, I stopped by Aaron’s and let his dogs Blitz and Buster run around in the field next to his house. Aaron was taking a friend to a doctors appointment down in the valley and he asked me to let his dogs out. While the dogs were running around, I stood and talked to Aaron’s neighbor. We had a great talk about nothing on TV being real.

At my last cleaning opportunity, I cleaned out an old freezer in the garage. Then I thoroughly cleaned the bathroom and the floors. When we got home, Angel took the money she made from the lemonade stand and went to the gift store below our apartment. I suggested that she save her money because she only had to earn $20 more before she would have enough to purchase the farm set she wanted to buy. She ignored my suggestion and off to the gift shop she went. About 15 minutes later, she came upstairs with the farm set. I asked her how she got that and she said that the lady sold it to her for less. That child has some great bargaining skills.

I helped her put the farm set together and she played with it until it was time for her to leave to go to play practice. While she was at play practice, I cleaned the bank. Then I rode my bicycle over to Aaron’s. He showed me some neat rocks he had found in Owyhee county and we sat outside and talked. We had a great conversation but I don’t remember what it was about. We always have great conversations though.

Angel had gone to my sisters after play practice and she came home shortly after me. I fed her dinner and read her a chapter from William H. McGuffey, Boy Reading Genius. Then we showered and went to bed. I wrote my blog notes and went to sleep at around 10 PM.

Thank you for reading my blog and being a part of my life. I appreciate you.

Love, Victoria
