Morning prayer:

Good morning God,

  • Thank you for this day.
  • Thank you for good sleep.
  • Thank you for friends.
  • Thank you for ponies.
  • Thank you for love.

I love you!

Dear Diary,

I awoke at 2 AM. I had received texts from the Pastor of the community church and the Pastor of the Nazarene church, giving me a name I needed in order to finish writing the article about the Easter Sunrise Service. I was excited to finish writing the article, it was a fun one to write. I sent the article in with pictures and wrote my blog. After posting it, I turned on a mediation and went to sleep more. I slept from 5:30 AM to 7:15 AM. I wanted even more sleep but I got up and took a long hot shower. When I got out of the shower, my mom called and asked me if I could come clean for her whenever I have some free time. I told her that I would look at my schedule and let her know.

I made Angel breakfast and woke her up. While she was eating, I made Angels lunch and made myself tea and a smoothie. I looked at my schedule and messaged my mom letting her know I could come Saturday. Then I bicycled to a pet sitting opportunity and checked on a couple of dogs and cats and fed them. When I got home, we went to a cat sitting opportunity outside of town where I checked on a cat and gave her food and fresh water and cleaned the litter box.

Next, we went to a cleaning opportunity. I greeted my client and we talked for a few minutes. Then Angel did her schoolwork while I cleaned. I enjoyed cleaning and as something extra, I washed the inside and outside of the widows along the porch. They were the windows I could reach without a ladder. My client was really happy about his clean windows.

On the way to my next cleaning/organizing opportunity, I stopped at my friend Camille’s to get one of my stainless steel mugs I had left at her house. It’s always nice to see Camille, I enjoy her.

At my cleaning/organizing house, Angel did her schoolwork while I talked with my client. She had me clean the inside of her living room windows where she had a lot of cactus that I had to move. Needless to say, I somehow got cactus needles all over my hands and had to pick them out. My client helped me by getting me some tweezers. I enjoyed the process and the windows looked great when I finished. I then helped my client organize a couple of rooms.

At home, I talked to Aaron on the phone while Angel played in her room. Then I laid down and took a short nap. I woke up in time to send Angel to play practice. She rode her bicycle there and I walked over to the bank and cleaned it. I got home just as Angel got back from practice. She asked to go to my sisters and I told her to be home at 8 PM. Then I bicycled to a pet sitting opportunity. I fed the dogs and cats and gave them fresh water. I took the dogs outside and played frisbee with them until they got a good amount of exercise and were smiling big.

When I pulled up to my house my bicycle, a friend was driving by. She stopped to say hi and I invited her up to my apartment. She accepted and I showed her around and we sat and talked. Angel came home just as my friend was leaving.

I made dinner and played What’s the Point with Angel. Then we got ready for bed. I watched “got talent” videos. I love watching the videos from all the different “got talent” shows. They are great fun but only in small doses. I wrote my blog notes and put on a sleep meditation and went to sleep at around 10:30 PM.

Thank you for reading my blog and being a part of my life. I appreciate you.

Love, Victoria
