Dear Diary,
Good morning God,
- Thank you for this day!
- Thank you for mountains.
- Thank you for a strong body.
- Thank you for sleep.
- Thank you for meditation.
- Thank you for rivers.
- Thank you for love.
I love you!
I awoke at 2 AM. I wrote my blog and decided to go clean the bank. Cleaning went good and when I got back home, I went to sleep again at around 5 AM. Angel woke me up at 7:30 AM wanting her breakfast. I was tired. I had gotten 5 hours of broken sleep and I wanted to sleep more. Regardless, I got up and started making her breakfast and lunch. We listened to classical music while I made cooked and we got ready for the day.
We went to Lila’s, fed her and let her out. Then we went to a house out in the country to meet people that want me to do farm sitting for them in July. I met their dog and we sat and talked for a while. Then they showed me their chickens, barn cats and garden. They were a delightful couple with fun energy and I look forward to taking care of their animals in the future.
I drove back to town, let Lila out and dropped Angel off at jujitsu. Then I went to a short cleaning opportunity. I had a good talk with my client and vacuumed her house. When I finished, I went to the library, picked up Angel, let Lila out and drove to McCall to do a cat sitting/house cleaning opportunity.
On the drive to McCall, we listened to Nancy Drew. At the house, Angel did her schoolwork while I cleaned. It’s a big house and they wanted the sheets stripped off all the beds, washed and put back on. I turned on music and cleaned for 5 1/2 hours straight. The house wasn’t finished but my clients wouldn’t be home until Saturday and that gave me plenty of time to get it done.
My older sister called and told me that highway 95 was going to close down again starting Friday and would be closed for a month to repair it. I freaked out. I called my cat sitting clients whose house I was at and told them I wouldn’t be able to watch their cats past Thursday. They said it would be fine. I could give the cats extra food and water and they would be ok until Saturday. They asked about the house getting cleaned and I told them it was almost done and would be finished before Thursday. Next I called a cleaning client that I had scheduled for Friday in New Meadows and moved him to Thursday. I messaged all my other clients on the other side of highway 95 and let them know it would be a month before I could clean or pet sit for them next. Ok, everything was set and I felt relieved.
When we arrived back in Council. I stopped at Lila’s and let her out. The we went home. I was exhausted. We brushed our teeth and went to bed. I put on a sleep meditation and wrote my blog notes. I went to sleep at around 9:30 PM.
Thank you for reading my blog and being a part of my life. I appreciate you.
Love, Victoria
