Dear Diary
I woke up 4 AM. I wrote my blog and posted it. Then I put on a sleep meditation and went back to sleep from 6 AM to 7:30 AM. Angel and I woke up at the same time. We got dressed and I let Little B out to use the bathroom before I let the red heeler named Jack out. Jack is very friendly with other dogs and would love to play with Little B but I am keeping them separated because Little B is hurt. I put Little B inside and played frisbee with Jack for a while.
Angel and I went home, I made her breakfast and packed her lunch. When the veterinarian opened, I walked over there with Little B. His wrap was sliding down and his stitches were showing. He had an appointment to get the wrap changed tomorrow, but I thought it best to see if it was OK for his stitches to be showing. The vet got us in right away and put a new wrap on him. Then we made a new schedule for him to come back Saturday morning.

I carried Little B home and left him with Angel while I set up my gratitude sign outside near M&W. When I got back, Angel bicycled to jujitsu and I walked to my neighbors to clean for her. We talked for a few minutes, then I got busy cleaning. When I finished, Angel came home and I pulled weeds at the back of my apartment building until it was time to leave to do a cleaning/organizing opportunity in McCall.
On the way to McCall, we stopped at a drop-in pet sitting opportunity. I gave the Guinea pigs and cat fresh food and water. I scooped the cat litter and found the cat hiding under the guest bed. Then we continued on our way to McCall and listened to a Nancy Drew audiobook on the drive.

In McCall, I stopped at Natural Grocers and bought healthy snacks for Angel. Then we went to my cleaning/organizing opportunity. My client and I got started right away cleaning and organizing the front room while Angel played with my clients daughter’s toys. I told Angel she could play and skip doing schoolwork today but she would have to make it up tomorrow. She liked that and after playing for a while, she joined in and helped with cleaning and organizing. My client did some deep inner cleansing while we put her house in order. She cried off and on, I gave her a hug and encouraged her as she went through her process. We worked together for 3 hours and her house looked great when we finished. My client was thrilled with everything we had accomplished and I was thrilled with her strength and healing.
On the way home from McCall, I stopped at a couple of places to look for morel mushrooms. I didn’t see any but it was refreshing being in the forest. When I arrived in Council, I went by my friend Chad’s and showed him on a map how to get to Council Mountain hot springs. Then I drove to the Assembly of God church for Girls Club.
It was the last Girls Club meeting until school started up again at the end of summer and we had an ice cream party. One of the girls at Girls Club doesn’t like Angel and is mean to her. I keep an eye on the girl and saw her telling another girl to run away when Angel wanted to sit next to her. The girl looked up and saw me watching her. She smiled and waved and took the other girl by the hand and they ran off in the other room whispering. I felt anger rise up in me as I saw Angel’s sad look. As soon as I felt the anger, I questioned why I chose the feeling of anger and prayed to be shown how to address the situation with compassion and love. I continued to watch Angels reaction as she found a place to sit by some other girls. I didn’t say anything to her but I smiled encouraging when she looked at me. During prayer time, I sat with my anger and prayed out-loud that all the girls would be kind to each other and only say kinds things about each other.
The girls had a lot of fun creating their own ice cream sundaes and playing bingo. I cleaned up the kitchen while my friend Jennie led the bingo game. Then we took a group photo the girls and they all went home.

Angel and I stopped at our apartment to grab some things, then we went out to our pet sitting opportunity. Jack the dog came running up to us. I gave him a lot of petting and he followed me out to the shop where I checked the cats food and water. Then I put Jack up for the night and we went to bed. I talked to Aaron on the phone and read Angel a chapter of a book called Watchers at the Pond. It’s a great book about pond life through each season. After reading, I wrote my blog notes and put on a sleep meditation. We went to sleep at 10:30 PM.

- Thank you for Girls Club
- Thank you for veterinarians.
- Thank you for love.

Dear Diary,
I awoke at 6 AM. I had slept through the night. My tummy hurt a little from eating ice cream last night but it didn’t cause me any suffering. I accepted it and felt happy regardless. I wrote my blog and posted it. Then I got up and let Little B out to use the bathroom. I brought him back in and I let Jack out. Angel woke up and we cuddled together laughing and talking before getting up and getting dressed.
One the way to town, we stopped at a pet sitting opportunity. I fed the cat and Guinea pigs, gave them fresh water and scooped the cats liter box. I looked for the cat and found her sitting in the back of the upstairs couch. She won’t let me pet her and she hides but I like to find her just to make sure she is ok.
We went home and I put my gratitude sign up near the Seven Devils Café. Then I made Angel breakfast and packed her lunch. I made myself tea and a smoothie and it was time to go to meet the delivery truck and pick up our Azure order. The delivery truck wasn’t there when we arrived. I sat talking with my friend Jennie for a while and we had a great talk about diet and mental health. The owner of the gift shop that is below our apartment walked over to us and invited Angel to help pass out otter pops to the public school kids on their last day of school on Thursday. I told her that we will be in McCall that day and Angel was a little bummed that she couldn’t participate even though she didn’t know what an otter pop was. (Speaking of diet and mental health).

The truck still hadn’t arrived when it was time for me to leave to do a cleaning opportunity in Cambridge. Both Jenny and the gift shop owner volunteered to get my food order for me and put it in our apartment. I was grateful for all the offers to help and thanked them as I took my leave.
At my cleaning opportunity, Angel did her schoolwork while I cleaned for 2 1/2 hours. On our way back to Council, I had extra time before my next cleaning opportunity so I took the back roads. When I got to town, I stopped at the thrift store briefly and went to my next house to clean. Angel continued to do her schoolwork and I got the house looking fantastic.
When I finished cleaning, my client gave me a bunch of plants that she started but had accidentally left outside and they frosted. I thought I could bring back to life some of them that were barely frosted. I could plant them in the raised beds my friend was letting me use. I thanked my client for the plants and went home.
My azure order has been set in my kitchen and I was grateful for whoever had put it there. Angel played in her room and I laid on the daybed resting and playing with the kitten until it was time for Angel to go to play practice. She rode her bicycle there and I walked to the bank and cleaned it.
Angel got home shortly after me and we went out to our pet sitting opportunity. The dog Jack greeted us and I played frisbee with him for a while before putting him up for the night. Then we went to bed. I read Angel a chapter from Watchers At The Pond. It’s is a fun book about pond life. I wrote my blog notes and put on a sleep meditation. We went to sleep at 9:30 PM.

Morning Prayer:
Good morning God,
- Thank you for this day.
- Thank you for dogs.
- Thank you for every breath I take.
- Thank you for mornings.
- Thank you for love.
I love you!
Dear Diary,
I awoke at 2:30 AM, I wrote my blog and went back to sleep before posting it. I awoke again at 7:30 AM, I added pictures to my blog and posted it. Angel woke up and watched a movie while I finished my blog. Then we got dressed and got ready to go home. I let Little B out to use the bathroom. Then I brought him in and let Jack loose. I play ball with him for a while and gave him fresh food and checked his water.
Angel and I went home. I made her breakfast and packed her lunch. For myself, I made tea and a smoothie. I set up my gratitude sign out by M & W and bought some groceries while I was there.

It was raining out, but it wasn’t a hard rain. Angel walked to jujitsu instead of riding her bicycle. She forgot the money to give to her coach. So I walked over to the rec center in the rain to give her the money and then go to yoga class. The walk in the rain was lovely and refreshing and I was glad I had made that choice.
Yoga class was fantastic. My body really loves yoga. It felt so good to stretch and the lady who teaches the class does a great job. When class was over, I stopped at the thrift store on my walk home. I found a couple of bar stools that I had been watching for. They were exactly the kind I had been wanting and they were only $3 each. I bought them and carried them the rest of the way home.
Angel had gotten home before me and we got ready to leave to drive to McCall for a cleaning opportunity. I listened to an audiobook called The Golden Book on the drive while Angel watched a movie on her portable DVD player. We arrived and Angel did her schoolwork while I cleaned. I enjoyed cleaning and when I finished, we drove back to Council.
We went to my friend Camille’s housen. Then we were all left to go look for morel mushrooms together. Angel rode with Camille so that she could be with Camille’s daughter. They are friends and are the same age. I followed them in my truck and we went out by the Little Weiser River where the Lava Fire had been last fall. We looked in one spot and didn’t see any morels but there was a lot of miner’s lettuce all over that we munched on. The kids found a log that crossed the river and had fun walking over it.

At the second place we stopped, we found some morel mushrooms. The area had already been picked over but there were still some mushrooms that had been missed. We hunted mushrooms in that area for quite a while and I got a few. By then it was starting to get late and we hearted (headed) back.

When we got home, we grabbed a few things and went to our pet sitting hi house. Jack greeted us and I played with him and he walked with me out to the shop to check the cats food and water. Then I put him up for the night and we went to bed. I read Angel a chapter from Watchers At The Pond and wrote my blog notes. Then I put on a sleep meditation and we went to sleep at 10 PM.
Thank you for reading my blog and being a part of my life. I appreciate you.
Love, Victoria
