Tuesday March 18, 2025

Dear Diary,

Good morning God,

  • Thank you for this day.
  • Thank you for a new truck.
  • Thank you for cleaning and organizing opportunities.
  • Thank you for mornings.
  • Thank you for friends.
  • Thank you for love.

I love you!

I awoke at 2 AM. I wrote my blog and played wordle and connections. I put on a sleep meditation and went back to sleep at 5 AM. At 6 AM I woke up again. I wanted to sleep more and I was having a lovely dream but I needed to get up to do a cleaning opportunity. I started Angel’s taters cooking and made my tea. I woke Angel up and got dressed while Angel ate her breakfast. She was grumpy and complaining about being woke up too early. I told her that sometimes we have to  get up early when I have an early morning cleaning opportunities. She grumpily got dressed and I packed up our lunch. My lunch was fresh squeezed OJ and nuts. Angel’s lunch was grilled cheese sandwiches.

We left and went to Lila’s. I let her out and fed her. Then we went to clean a house. The people were moving out and needed to get the house ready for pictures in order to sell it. The lady I was cleaning for wasn’t there yet, so we sat in the truck and I wrote my blog while we waited. She showed up about 20 minutes later and told me everything she wanted done.

I got started cleaning and Angel sat on the couch and did her schoolwork. I worked for 4 hours and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen and one bathroom. It was hard work but I got a lot done in that amount of time and did a great job.

Angel had fallen asleep on the couch after she finished her schoolwork. When I finished cleaning, I woke her up and we went to the DMV to register my truck. Registration went good, I decided to get specialized plates that say BJOY. I wanted IN JOY but that was already taken and so was NJOY and BE JOY. The plates will arrive in about 4 weeks, in the meantime I have a temporary tag.

Next I went to get my Texas drivers license changed to an Idaho license. I was told, I needed to retake the driving test, and show my birth certificate, my marriage certificate if my name is different and proof of address from 2 different sources. Ok wow. I guess I will be keeping my Texas license for a while until I get all of that stuff together. Since everyone is Council uses a P.O. Box and I’m about to move into an apartment. It will be awhile before I can get proof of a physical address.

We left the DMV and let Lila out. Then we went to another cleaning opportunity. I cleaned for 2 hours while Angel played with her clay and talked to my client who is an older man. When I finished, I went back to the DMV and asked if I can used my passport in place of my birth certificate and marriage certificate. I was told that I could if I signed a form with an explanation of why I couldn’t provide the certificates. Sheesh.

We went home and Angel painted in her room while I took a nap. I woke up an hour later and watched YouTube videos for a while. Then I made Angel dinner. We sat down and ate together. I ate lettuce and hummus for my dinner and it was delicious. We played What’s the Point and Jason called. I talked on the phone while we played the game until it was time to leave for Girls Club.

I dropped Angel off at the church while I fed Lila and let her out. Then I joined Angel at Girls Club and volunteered to help out. Girls Club was a lot of fun and I love connecting with the girls. They are at such a fun age.

When we got home from Girls Club, I walked up the hill and paid Mr. and Mrs. C for the electricity I used last month. My camper is parked on their land and is hooked up to their electricity. I chatted with them for a few minutes and we had a fun conversation. When I got back to the camper, I filled up my water jugs at the spigot and got ready for bed. We brushed our teeth and got in bed. I called Jason and we talked for a while. Then I wrote my blog notes and put on a sleep meditation. I went to sleep at around 10:30 PM.

Thank you for reading my blog and being a part of my life. I appreciate you.

Love, Victoria
