Sunday: Pet Sitting, Church and Sisters

Sunday March 9, 2025

Dear Diary,

Good morning God,

  • Thank you for this day.
  • Thank you for sunshine.
  • Thank you for inner healing.
  • Thank you for friends.
  • Thank you for hot springs.
  • Thank you for mountains.

I love you!

I awoke at 2 AM. I played wordle and connections and wrote my blog. At 5 AM, I drove to Lila’s, fed her and let her out. When I got back home, I put on a healing mediation and went back to sleep until 9:30 AM. I made Angel taters and eggs for breakfast. While waiting for the taters to cook, we played a game of Clue.

We went to the Nazarene church again this week. I really like the pastor. The singing was fantastic and the sermon was inspirational. After church, we checked on Lila and let her out. Then I went to my older sisters to get the mail key and I got the mail from the post office. There is no mail delivery in Council, so you have to have a P.O. Box. Angels Cub Scout shirt and book arrived. I gave the packages to Angel to open and she set them in the back seat. They are still unopened 😂.

When we got home, we relaxed on the couch together. Angel played on her phone and I wrote my blog while we waited for my sisters to arrive. Both of my sisters were coming over today to see the camper and hang out. I wanted to spend time with them at my place and for them to see how cute I had made the camper.

My older sister came over first and we all played a game of What’s the Point together. She left and I made a broccoli salad to do a write up about for the newspaper. I’ve been asked to do a monthly recipe and the salad turned out to be really yummy.

Just as I finished cleaning up, my younger sister Missy arrived. We all played a game of Life and What’s the Point. Then Missy and I sat and talked for a while. We had a great conversations about legalizing marijuana and the pros and cons associated with that. A lot of the legal marijuana has additional chemicals added to it that make it even stronger and causes psychotic episodes. All of marijuana more days seems to be a lot more potent than it used to be. I don’t think Idaho will ever legalized it, not that it matters to me since I quit using it. Every once in a while I get a craving to smoke some but it passes quickly. I like living life completely sober and I plan on staying that way.

After Missy left, we went and took care of Lila. I fed her and let her out. We came back home and went to bed early. Angel read a children’s book to me and I read her Blaze and the Indian Cave. I put on a sleep meditation and we went to sleep at around 8:30 PM.

Thank you for reading my blog and being a part of my life. I appreciate you.

Love, Victoria
