Dear Diary,
I woke up at 4:30 AM. I wrote my blog until 6:30 AM. Tracey got up and I sent him my morning gratitudes. They were: Good morning my sweet love,

I am grateful for emotions. I am grateful for clarity. I am grateful for adventures. I am grateful for your love. I am grateful for the way your eyes sparkly. I am grateful for your touch.
I love you 💛💚🦨🦋
He send his back and they were: Good morning beautiful🌻🌞.
I am grateful for sharing Greek salads😁. I am grateful for a new day. I am grateful for county roads. I am grateful for sunset skies from the pond. I am grateful for processes. I am grateful for our openness. I am grateful for laughter. I am grateful for you Victoria, all of you in your entirety. I am grateful for grooming. I am grateful for morning air. I am grateful for clouds. I am grateful for being in love. I love you and appreciate you🥰♾️💛💚🙏
It was time to open the east blinds and watched the morning TV show, aka the sunrise. Tracey and I watched the morning show together from the bedroom and the cardinals sang to us the morning news report. It was the best TV show ever.
I finished writing my blog and posted it. Tracey took the dogs for a walk and I took a morning nap.
When I woke up, I quickly got ready to go and packed my smoothie left over from yesterday. Tracey was outside, I gave him a hug goodbye and told him that Bits was in the RV. I drove home and Christopher wasn’t there. I was greeted by the dogs and ducks, chickens and geese. I put fresh water in their pools and unloaded the boxes from the bed of my truck. I put the boxes in the house and banana hut. Then I messaged a few places to get quotes on moving the banana hut to Val and Rita’s. I had already gotten one quote for $850 but I wanted to get more than one quote. Getting my motorhome running was costing me $1,400 plus I was getting all new tires put on it tomorrow for $900. I wanted to sell my pop-up camper or Scion before spending more money on moving the banana hut. Christopher pulled up and I talked to him for a few minutes about possibly moving the banana hut.
I hearted (headed) to Rockdale to do a couple of cleaning opportunities. The first house I cleaned was for my friend Kim. When I arrived, her husband was there. Kim was having surgery that afternoon for a bulging disc and her husband was getting ready to go see her at the hospital. He was saying strange things and was all over the place. I knew he had been drinking a lot and that Kim had been concerned about him and wanted him to get help. He left to go to the hospital and I continued cleaning. A while later, Kim called and said that her husband had called her and said he was shaking and having trouble driving. He had told her that he would go to rehab and was on his way back home. She asked if I would take him to the rehab facility in Taylor. I said I would.
I continued cleaning while waiting for her husband to get home. Kim messaged me saying that her husband’s friend was also coming to help and she gave me his number. Her husband pulled up and I went outside to talk to him. I told him I would be taking him to rehab. He said he wasn’t going today, he would go tomorrow. I talked with him a while. I told him that he was going today, tomorrow wouldn’t be any easier and now was the time to do what he needed to do. He fought me on it but I wouldn’t budge. I talked common sense to him and he knew what I was saying was the truth. He finally agreed to go and I told him we would leave as soon as his friend arrived. I called his friend and his friend said that he had handcuffs if we needed them. I assured him that we didn’t.
When he arrived, we all went together to Taylor. My friends husband was on the phone with the rehab facility the whole time going through the check in process. His friend and I chatted some but mostly we were quiet. When we arrived at the facility in Taylor my friends husband was crying and upset. I assured him that he would be ok and he would feel better in a few days. We got him settled inside and his friend drove me back to Rockdale.
I finished cleaning Kim’s house and called Tracey on my way to my next house. We talked and laughed. I told him funny stories about crazy things I did in my past. My next house was my friend Mona’s. She was out of town and I got her house nice and clean. I was getting ready to leave to meet Peggy (Angels adopted grandma) in Thorndale to get Angel from her. Peggy called and said they were running late. So I went through the car wash, put gas in the truck and went to the store. Then I drove to Thorndale and wrote some of my blog while I waited for Peggy and Angel to arrive. They pulled up and I talked to Peggy while Angel got all her stuff in the truck. I told Peggy I would contact her when we got back from Idaho in September so that she could see Angel again before our October move.
I drove to Tracey’s and he went with us to get the motorhome. It was finished and running. Yay! He drove it back to his place and I followed him. He parked it and I was excited to start working on it. We took the shredded awning off and this in itself was a big improvement. We looked under the hood and added some oil to it. It will need an oil change but first I want to get new tires put on it.
Tracey, Angel and I walked down to the pond and went swimming. I floated on my back and did a full body relaxation session and some stretching. We all had fun playing and watching the sunset. When we got back to Tracey’s, Angel wanted to stay the night. She asked Tracey and he said we could stay over. I started some laundry so we would have clean clothes for tomorrow and Tracey built a fire. Angel was excited about the fire. I talked to Rita and Val at their place a while. By then it was getting late. Angel was disappointed that we didn’t get to spend more time at the fire but I told her we could have one another night. I read Angel and Tracey some stories from a bedtime story book Tracey had bought for Angel. I got Angel tucked in bed and Tracey put on a Bobbsey twins audiobook for her to listen to. Tracey and I talked and I sang a song to him. Angel was still awake and came to cuddlebwith us. After a few minutes I had her go back to bed. We fell asleep at around 10:45 PM.
Thank you for reading my blog and being a part of my life. I appreciate you.
Love, Victoria
