Blissed Out

Dear Diary and Friends,

Basking in the sun on the floor I’m drifting in and out of consciousness, sort of in a trance. My hands start to move across my body, feeling the energy of different areas. I start to notice different places where there are blockages. I breath into those areas, one area at a time. My hands are moving in circles over each area and shaking it to break up the blockage so it will start to flow. My breath changes to assist however it is needed at the moment, sometimes panting, sometimes deep and slow. My heart is sending love and warm beautiful light to each area as I touch it. This whole experience goes on for about a half hour and then I come out of the trance and go on with the day.

The morning started out beautifully. After finishing our morning routine, Christopher and I got to work putting up insulation in the tiny house. We cleared out the space and got right to it. It has been a long time since I had someone to work on a project with and I was in heaven. Christopher and I make a great team. Our energies are so strongly connected that all it takes is a nod from him and I know exactly what he needs. I watched everything he did, soaking up the knowledge. His movements had a lovely flow as he worked, it was like watching a beautiful dance. By early afternoon we were finished with the days work.

After resting up and drinking some smoothie, Angel and I went on a nature walk.

We stopped often to snack on American Beauty berries. I swear these berries are giving my super powers and cleaning out parasites. Angel is loving them too.

We found a really cool spider that creates a tunnel with her web. When we got back we asked Christopher what the name of the spider is and he said it is a wolf spider.

We saw a dragonfly.

We studied acorns and buried a few of the seeds.

Mostly we played in the dirt and explored the forest.

When we arrived back. I drank some more smoothie and laid on the floor in the sun with the fan blowing on me. I was completely blissed out and my hands started doing their healing work that I wrote about at the beginning of this post.

I am grateful.

Thank y’all for reading my blog and being a part of my life.

With love and gratitude,

Victoria
